1. Heard.
2. By way of the present petition, clarification of the order dated 29.10.2020 has been sought for and it is submitted that though the status-quo order has been clarified by the Hon'ble Division Bench in WA No.258/2020 yet Deputy
Registrar, Cooperative Societies is not adhering to it, therefore, Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies the respondent No.2 may be directed to proceed with the case.
3. Writ Appeal bearing No.238/2020 is still pending, if the petitioner claims the interpretation of the order dated 29.10.2020 then he has to approach to the Hon'ble Division Bench. This Court would not interpret the order dated 29.10.2020 and it would always be better that the clarification is sought for from the hon'ble Division Bench, wherein the aforesaid writ appeal is pending. Accordingly, it is observed that the petitioner may approach before the Division Bench with the appropriate application for the clarification and the application of the order dated 29.10.2020.
