Taking into consideration the submission of learned State counsel that uncontroverted testimony of the prosecutrix that her consent for sexual intercourse was obtained on false pretext of marriage, has not received any consideration whatsoever by learned trial Court, we are inclined to grant leave to appeal. Application for grant of leave to appeal is accordingly allowed. Let the appeal filed by the State be registered as Acquittal Appeal and be listed for further orders.
