Agrawal Order On Board 02/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Rajya Upcharyagrah Tatha Rogopchar Sambandhi Sthapnaye Anugyapan Adhiniyam, 2013 (henceforth "Adhiniyam, 2013") on 03.04.2017 for registration but the same has not considered and decided till date and, therefore, he may be permitted to file fresh application for registration and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Per contra, counsel for the State submits that the application filed by
the petitioner for registration under Adhiniyam, 2013 has been decided. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application for registration under the Adhiniyam, 2013 and, in turn, the respondents authorites shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
