1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken

up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application dated 29.08.2018 for grant of parole/leave is pending before the District Magistrate, Baloda Bazar (C.G.), which is not decided yet.

3. Mr. Ravi Bhagat, learned State Counsel would submit that the concerned District Magistrate, Baloda Bazar (C.G.) would consider the matter within two weeks.

4. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the application dated 29.08.2018 will be considered preferably within two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
