1. Having seen the judgment of acquittal rendered by the trial Court acquitting the accused of the charges under Section 147 read with Section 149, 186, 332, 353 read with Section 149, 436 read with Section 149 of the I.P.C. and Section 3 & 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and the set of evidence on record, we are inclined to grant

CRMP No. 1055 of 2020 leave to appeal.

2. Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. is allowed.

3. Let regular acquittal appeal be registered and notice thereof be sent to the respondent on payment of process fee as per rules. Post the acquittal appeal for consideration in the week commencing from 28.6.2021.
