(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents would submit that order dated 25.01.2016 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.4 i.e. District Program Officer, Women and Child Development Section, Raigarh is appealable before the Divisional Commissioner (Revenue) under Rule-23 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 (in short "the Rules, 1966").
(3) Since the petitioner has already alternative remedy to prefer appeal before the Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition on the ground of alternative remedy.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the said authority in accordance with law. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge L/-
