1. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a representation against the order of posting which has been issued on 01.07.2021.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondents by way of a representation to be decided on the administrative side on its own merits. The representation, if so filed, should be decided at the earliest preferably

within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
