The writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of by order dated 25.07.2017 and thereafter, in compliance of that order, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) has also passed an order on 28.03.2018 and the contempt case has also been disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 28.03.2018 in accordance with law and now, this MCC has been filed for restoring the writ petition. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

This Court, on 25.07.2017, has already disposed of the writ petition

directing for consideration of petitioner's representation which has been considered by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) and final order has been passed. The contempt case has already been dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) in accordance with law. As such, for the aforementioned reasons, it would not be permissible to restore the writ petition.

Accordingly, the MCC deserves to be and is hereby dismissed with no order as cost(s).
