1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had supplied certain goods (sanitary material) to the respondent No.4 and though they were consumed and used thereafter the amount has not been paid for no reason.

2. It is contended that the petitioner had made a representation to the respondent No.4 but the same remains undecided.

3. Perused the document. Considering the fact, prima facie it appears that the petitioner has supplied different sanitary materials which has been consumed and used by respondent No.4.

4. In view of the above, it is directed that the representation which is pending at the end of respondent No.4 is directed to be decided by a reasoned order within a period of 45 days from the date of presentation of this order.
