(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though departmental enquiry against the petitioner has been concluded but no final decision has been taken by the disciplinary authority, against which, he has made representation before the competent authority, which has not been considered and decided till this date. (3) In view of above, the competent authority is directed to do well and to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner
in accordance with law expeditiously.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
