(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and respondent No.4 are working as Dresser and the petitioner has been transferred from Primary Health Center, Kewati to Primary Health Center, Korar and respondent No.4 has been transferred in place of the petitioner from Primary Health Center, Korar to Primary Health Center, Kewati by
impugned transfer order dated 15.01.2016 passed by respondent No.2-Collector, District North Baster Kanker. He would further submit that there is no point for transferring the petitioner and therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before the Commissioner, North Baster, Kanker for redressal of his grievances and direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the Commissioner, North Bastar, Kanker. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
