(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Revenue Sub-Inspector in the office of Nagar Panchayat, Kharora and he is going to retire within ten months. He further submits that he has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat, Kharora to Nagar Palika, Jashpurnagar by the impugned transfer order dated 29.02.2016 passed by respondent No.2, against which, he has

made representation before respondent No.3, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent No.3 is directed to do well and decide on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to the subject matter.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
