Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing this petition would be served if a direction is issued to the State authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2015 (Annexure P/5) for adding his higher qualification in the seniority list.

State counsel has no objection to this proposition made by the petitioner. He, however, submits that representation of the petitioner shall be considered and decided within two months that too in accordance with law.

In view of fair submission made by the State counsel, the petition

is disposed of. The competent authority is expected to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/5) strictly in accordance with law within two months from the date of production of copy of this order.

It is made clear that nothing has been observed on merit of the case and the authority concerned would be at liberty to act in accordance with law.
