1. In MCC No.120/2019 petitioner had filed his original duly verified Caste Status Certificate as Annexure A-4. However, when the MCC was disposed of, the petitioner, who was appearing in person, could not make prayer for return of the original document, therefore, in the present MCC the only prayer is made for the return of the said original certificate.

2. On due consideration, the MCC is allowed and Registry is directed to return the original certificate (Annexure A-4) filed in MCC No.120/2019, to the applicant.

3. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed.
