1. This petition has been filed questioning the first information report dated 16-2-2013. In the meanwhile, after filing of the petition, chargesheet has been filed and according to the documents filed before this Court, ten witnesses have already been examined. As such, at this stage, when the trial has progressed and particularly when most of the witnesses have been examined and more particularly when chargesheet has not been questioned, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the chargesheet and subsequent action, in accordance with law.
