This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking grant of Kramonnati/pay scale at part with the post of Stenographer as per the circular dated 04.02.1985.

With the consent of both the parties, the following order is passed:- Respondent No. 2 is ordered that he shall decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P7 dated 18.04.2017 in accordance with the law, the procedure and

the recognized circular within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
