(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 24.11.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.4324 of 2013.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/contemnors would submit that the petitioner's representation has been decided and it has been rejected vide order dated 05.01.2016 (Annexure C/4). (4) In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the considered opinion that the order complained of has been complied with substantially. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the legality and validity of order

dated 05.01.2016 in accordance with law.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of.
