Heard counsel for the parties on the application for condonation of 447 days delay in filing the appeal. Since similar matters have already been disposed of by the Gourt.we deem it fit to condone the delay. 2.

Learned Counsel fer the parties are in agreement that the issue arising in this appeal with regard to Multipurpose Health Workers is covered by the order of the Court dated 30.10.2014 in Writ Appeal No. 530 of 2013.

The date 31.06.2013 mentioned in the order dated 30.10.2014 be corrected to read as "31.08.2013".
