(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the concerned
appellate authority within a period of fifteen days from today. (4) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (5) The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority. If such appeal is filed within a period of fifteen days from today, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit expeditiously.
(6) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
