Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant, Noor Mohammad, has already undergone the entire jail sentence and that she has instructions not to press the revision any further as the issue involved would now be only of an academic interest for the reason that the Applicant has already undergone the jail sentence awarded to him. 2.

In the light of the submissions made by the Counsel for the Applicant, the present Criminal Revision stands dismissed as having become infructuous and not pressed.
