The applicants have preferred these applications filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they were arrested in connection with crime No.316/2018 registered in Police Station Thana- Chawani, District Durg C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 201 of the I.P.C. and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail applications for the reason that the trial is at the fag end.

4. Permission granted.
