1. Learned counsel would submit that in the order dated 19.03.2019 passed by this Court in WPC No.973/2019 the resolution under challenge was passed by Janpad Panchayat, Baikunthpur, District Koriya and not by the Gram Panchayat. However, by inadvertence a typographical error has kept mentioning Gram Panchayat instead of Janpad Panchayat.

2. Having perused the record and having heard learned counsel for the parties the MCC is disposed of with observation that in all such places in paragraphs 1 and 3 of the order dated 19.03.2019 passed in WPC No.973/2019, wherever the word Gram Panchayat is mentioned the same shall be read as Janpad Panchayat.
