This transfer petition has been filed by the wife for transfer of Case No.48-A of 2014 pending before the Principal Judge, Family court Link Sakti, District Janjgir Champa to Family Court, Raigarh. 2.

It is undisputed fact that both husband and wife are teachers. Twin children were born who were residing with the wife. It is not disputed that the husband is paying Rs.1500/- per month as maintenance to each of the children. The Family Court, Janjgir Champa has also fixed an amount of Rs.700/- per appearance for the travelling expenses to the wife. 3.

The wife wants that the case may be transferred from Janjgir Champa to Raigarh because her children are of four years and it is difficult to travel with them. The distance between the two stations are about 60 Kms. 4.

In view of the above, I transfer the Case No.48-A of 2014 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family court Link Sakti, District Janjgir Champa to Family Court, Raigarh.

The Petitioner was granted an amount of Rs.700/- per appearance. She is not entitled to this amount because the case has now been transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Link Sakti, District Janjgir Champa to Family Court, Raigarh on her request.
