By this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for correction of the order dated 22.9.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.4873 of 2015.

In the order dated 22.9.2015, crime number, police station, district and offence have been incorrectly mentioned as Crime No.115/2015, Police Station Pratappur, District Surajpur and offence under Section 306 of the IPC, whereas it should be Crime No.218/2015, Police Station Pipariya, District kabirdham and offence under Sections 294, 307 and 323/34 of the IPC. 3.

The order is corrected accordingly.

In view of above, the instant CrMP stands disposed of. 5.
