(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat Tilda Nevra to

Nagar Panchayat, Kunra vide order dated 04.08.2015 and again, on 01.04.2016 he has been transferred from Nagar Panchayat Kunra, District Raipur to Nagar Panchayat, Tundra, District Baloda BazarBhatapara within eight months from the earlier date of posting against which, the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent No.1, which has not been considered and decided by the said authority till this date and therefore, he may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the State Government for redressal of his grievances within ten days from today.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the State Government within ten days from today, the State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with copy of this order. (5) For a period of five weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner with regard to the subject matter. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
