1. Mrs. Kiran Jain, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this anticipatory bail application. However, she prays for issuance of a direction to the Court below concerned for considering regular bail application of present applicant on the same day, if filed by him after his surrender.

2. Mr. B.P. Banjare, learned Deputy Government Advocate for the State submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.

3. In view of above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an application for grant of regular bail is filed by present applicant after his surrender, the Court below concerned may try to consider and decide it in accordance with law on the same day, if possible.
