This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.12/2020 registered at Police Station Narayanpur, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 363, 376 of the IPC, Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(1) (c) (i), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of

3. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to prefer a duly constituted appeal under Section 14A of the Act, 1989.
