(2) By the impugned order dated 17.03.2016 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.2-Divisional Forest Officer, Manendragarh whereby, the petitioner has been transferred from Range Assistant Chaplipani to Forest Division, Manendragarh. Against which, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2-Divisional Forest Officer, Manendragarh, to which

counsel for the State has no objection.

(4) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(5) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2-Divisional Forest Officer, Manendragarh. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the respondent No.2, respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. (6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
