(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred from Primary School, Fafani Vikas Khand Baster to Primary School Tikapara Madhota Vikas Khand Baster vide impugned transfer order dated 01.09.2014 passed by respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development, Jagdalpur against which, the petitioner has made representation before the respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Jagdalpur, which is pending consideration for a fairly

long time and therefore, direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent No.2-Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development, Jagdalpur is directed to do well and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
