1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail as other co-accused namely Dharamsay Nag, Anil and Mukesh have been granted liberty to apply for regular bail.

2. He would submit that in the context of the case, the Court below may be directed to decide the case, on the same day.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail.

5. If, in case, the applicant surrenders, the application shall be decided as early as possible preferably within three days.
