1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no. 2 & 3 for taking an appropriate decision on the representation/application under section 33 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the award dated 03.01.2017 of Land acquisition proceedings, the petitioner for enhancement of the compensation has approached the authorities by moving an application under Section 33 of the Act 2013 on 23.02.2017, which till date has not been decided.
3. The limited relief that the petitioners has sought for is not opposed by the State Counsel.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to take an appropriate decision on the application under
section 33 of Act, 2013 in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
