1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has been denied salary from the month January, 2019 onwards.

2. According to the petitioner he has been continuously discharging his duties uninterruptedly during this period yet he has not been paid salary/wages.

Given the limited dispute that the petitioner has raised this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 3 & 4 to promptly scrutinize the claim of the petitioner so far as the non granting of salary is concerned and the petitioner, if he is entitled for the salary/wages, the same should be released forth with to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
