Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not press I.A. No.3 of 2016 seeking exemption from depositing security amount for a Public
Interest Litigation and undertakes that he shall deposit the amount within one week from today.

If earlier this Court has already given certain directions in Writ Petition (C) No.169 of 2013 on the same issue, there is no occasion for this Court to issue repeated directions. If the Petitioner is of the opinion that the orders of this Court are not being complied with, the remedy lies in an appropriate proceeding and not by way of fresh Public Interest Litigation.

This order is subject to deposit of the security amount for a Public Interest Litigation within the time indicated above, failing which this writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed.

The writ application is disposed.
