(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.119/2015, registered at Police Station Kurud, District Dhamtari, for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 28.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3371/2015 and second bail application for the applicant was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 28.09.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.

No.5192/2015.

(4) After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records including statement of the witnesses, I do not feel it to a appropriate case to enlarge the applicant. Accordingly, bail application is rejected.
