Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions
issued by this court in W.P. (S) No. 6976/2009 dated 3.1.2018, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the respondents authorities to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 3.1.2018 passed in W.P. (S) No. 6976/2009 4.
Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the respondents authorities and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 3.1.2018 in its letter and spirit. 5.
