(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 23.02.2016 passed in W.P.(S) No.550 of 2016.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that the petitioner's representation has been decided by the competent authority vide order dated 14.06.2016. He would further submit that the order dated 14.06.2016 has been challenged by the petitioner in writ petition bearing W.P.(S) No.2494 of 2016 (Chadra Prakash Sharma Vs. State of Chhattisgarh) in which, notice has been issued upon the respondents by Court order dated 30.06.2016.

(4) In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor, the contempt petition is closed. Rule issued is discharged.
