Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 7 /0 6 /201 (1) By the impugned order, the trial Court has taken the copy of order dated 13.01.2017 passed in Writ Petition (227) No. 142/2015 on record, against which instant writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed questioning the same.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and after perusing the order impugned, I do not find any jurisdictional error in the order impugned warranting interference by this Court in the instant writ petition. (3) Accordingly, the writ petition being devoid of substance is liable to be and is hereby dismissed. However, as the suit was filed on 15.05.2004 and there is no substantial progress in the trial, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
