If the Petitioner feels that there are certain ways for improving the implementation and applicability of the Crop Insurance Scheme, being followed by the Union of India and the State of Chhattisgarh, he can

surely bring it to the notice of the authorities, who will verify the practicability and applicability of the said suggestion. It can surely be adopted provided it make sense and the object under the Crop Insurance Scheme can be implemented and achieved in a better fashion.
