P.U.D. has been received from Court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Surajpur (C.G.), praying for extension of time to conclude the trial.

This Court had, in order dated 28.01.2019 passed in M.Cr.C No. 267/2019, directed the trial Court to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of three months. As the trial has not been concluded and the Court below has prayed for extension of time of one more month. Therefore, I feel inclined to allow this prayer. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the time granted in M.Cr.C. No. 267/2019 in order dated 28.01.2019 for conclusion of the trial is extended for one more month.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
