1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought direction from this Court to the respondents for production of respondent No.5, with whom he claims to have performed marriage, on an allegation that she is in illegal custody of respondent No.6 since 9.12.2016.

2. Respondent No.5 is present in the Court along with her parents.

3. On being asked, she submits that she does not at all want to go with the petitioner and she is happily living with her parents without any pressure, coercion, threat or influence and she is not under any illegal detention. Since the alleged detenu has categorically denied that she is illegally detained by her parents, and refused to be in the company of the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
