Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the judgment dated 30.04.2017 passed in Cr.A.No.447/2018 there appears to be a typographical mistake relating to the judgment date. From perusal of the record, it appears that in the judgment passed in Cr.A.No.447/2018 the date has wrongly been typed as 30.04.2017 in place of 30.04.2018. Thus, the error is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be

rectified.
