1. By this CrMP, the petitioner seeking modification in the order dated 28.06.2021 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 2331/2021 rejecting bail to the applicant. Inadvertently, the name of the counsel and order of another case (i.e. MCRC No. 2310/2021) has been typed. There appears to be an inadvertent typographical error and therefore the same needs to be rectified.

2. Accordingly, the order dated 28.06.2021 is hereby modified and be read as under :

"Mr. Gyan Prakash Shukla, counsel for the applicant and Mr. B.L. Sahu, P.L. for the State.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to issue

direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial against the applicant.

Prayer is allowed.

Considering the submission so made, the application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order."

3. With the modification as aforesaid, the CRMP stands disposed of.
