Heard.

It is contended that in the order dated 24/04/2019 khasra No.417/4 admeasuring 0.45 acres situated at village Pendra and khasra No.192/2 admeasuring 0.17 acre situated at village Semra have wrongly been recorded. In fact khasra No.417/4 should have been khasra No.617/4 and khasra No.192/2 is actually khasra No.195/2. Perused the original writ petition. Apparently it appears that by typographical mistake wrong khasra number has been shown. Accordingly, same is corrected. Khasra No.417/4 be read as khasra No. 617/4 and khasra No.192/2 be read as khasra No.195/2 in the order dated 24/04/2019 passed in WPC No.1474/2019. Rest of the order shall

remain as it is.

Consequently, MCC stands disposed of.
