Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 03/08/2021 1) The matter is heard through Video Conferencing. 2) The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as they are in custody since 19/02/2021 in connection with Crime No. 11/2019 registered at Police Station Kunkuri, District Jashpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 363, 374, 370, 370(3)(4), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seek to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
