2. The present CRMP is filed to recall the order dated 20.03.2019 passed in Cr.M.P. No.715 of 2019.
3. This Court in CRMP No.715/2019 has passed the following order:- "1. Heard.
2. It is contended that the present petition is only to conclude the trial within a specified period of time, as despite the charge sheet has been filed in the year 2017 because of
the non appearance of the accused, on some reason or other, case is being adjourned. Therefore, the prayer is made to conclude the proceedings within a specified period of time.
3.Perusal of the order sheet shows that the case was adjourned from time to time primarily for the reason that some of the accused were absent. Therefore, without any observation on the merit of the case, it is observed that the Trial Court may expedite the proceedings within a period of 1 year and shall make all endeavor to complete the trial. 4.With the above observation, the petition is disposed of."
4. Considering the nature of order, no prejudice would be caused to the parties as primarily it was stated that because of the non-appearance of the few of the petitioners, the case was adjourned. Therefore, I do not find any reason to recall the order dated 20.03.2019 passed in CRMP No.715 of 2019.
