1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application. However, he submits that looking to the nature of allegation levelled against applicant and the fact that parents of applicant have been granted anticipatory bail, a direction be issued to the Court below concerned to decide bail application for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing an application for regular bail after his surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for the Objector submit that they are having no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, applicant, after his surrender, files application for grant of regular bail, learned Court below may decide bail application on same day, if possible, in accordance with law.
