1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.82/2020 registered at Police Station Bastar District Bastar for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3. The applicant subjected the prosecutrix, aged about 16 years, to

MCRC No. 4920 of 2020 sexual intercourse on promise marry.

4. Considering the nature of allegations and the age of the prosecutrix, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed reserving liberty to the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
