1. Heard on I.A.No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing the instant application.

2. On due consideration, I.A.No.1 is allowed and delay in filing the instant application is condoned.

3. Also heard on MCC.

4. The applicant has filed this application for restoration of TPC No. 49 of 2015 which was dismissed by this court vide order dated 31-03-2016 for want of prosecution.

5. On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the application supported by affidavit of the learned counsel for the applicant, I am satisfied that the applicant has established sufficient cause for non-appearance of the counsel for the applicants on 31-03-2016.

6. Accordingly, M.C.C.No. 387 of 2016 is allowed and TPC No. 49 of 2015 is directed to be restored to its original number. Sd/- (I.S. Uboweja) Judge Raju
