ORDER

20.08.2020 Heard

1. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner stands retired on 31.01.2018, he was Surgical Specialist. It is submitted that after his retirement, the retiral dues has not been settled as on date and no amount has been paid, therefore, it is difficult for the petitioner to survive. Counsel further submits, at this stage, the petitioner prays that his representation which has been filed many a time to release his retiral dues may be decided within a stipulated time. He further submits that a notice was also served by his Advocate on 17.03.2020, however, nothing has been done.

Without going into the merits of this case, considering the fact that the petitioner stands retired on 31.01.2018, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of 3 weeks and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Aks
