---- Respondents For Petitioner :

Shri Kishore Naryan , Advocate For Respondents :

Shri K.R. Nair, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 19/11/2019 Heard.

1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner retired on 31.01.2000

and the pension order which was passed on 30.03.2000 by the Senior Accounts Officer (Pension). In the column of nominee of family pension name of petitioner's wife has been struck off. It is contended that the name has been struck off without any instruction or advise of the petitioner, it was done unilaterally by the respondents. Therefore, the correction may be effected in the pension order dated 30.03.2000 (Annexure P-2).

2. Learned counsel for the respondents do not dispute the status of petitioner's wife i.e. Radhika Nand.

3. Considering the facts as of now no dispute exits and when the petitioner himself contends that the name of petitioner's wife should be there as beneficiary of the family pension the same requires to be corrected. The pension order dated 30.03.2000 is amended to the extend, the struck off portion be deemed to be existing. Thereby the family pension order dated 30.03.2000 in favour of Navin Kishore Nand should be read whole without considering the deleted portion or struck off part by marking.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
